Since the spacer could be used as a flange (buyer tap for studs) or spacer (buyer drill out holes pre-drilled holes for clearance) there was no reason to believe either of the items was purchased in error. Had you sent me a message when your error was discovered I would have fixed it for you, but you did not :(

I contacted, seller/ maker of the part, he confirmed there was a problem, asked for a couple of days to fix. Seller made good with a correct fitting part, no extra cost, and got to me ASAP. I would gladly do business with again; he makes these parts himself and does a darn fine job at it. Prices and shipping are both fair.
