This pair looks defective with backward big buckles that curve outward, opposite of the smaller buckles, although the big buckles still function.
Harder to get on/off than other boots because of unnecessary tightness where the top of the foot meets the leg, which is odd considering that engineer boots have the cinch strap to tighten after inserting foot.
The leather looks like good quality.
