The runners don't come with any fixation, and the runner mounting holes are blank with no screw threads. This means you need to take them apart and mount one side in the cabinet and the other in the drawer channel using very short wood screws ensuring the heads that don't fowl the mechanism.

They appear to be a very good replacement for the damaged ones being made the same Italian manufacture as the once needing replacement and good quality. They arrived in perfect condition being well packed in a robust cardboard box. Buying a pack of 10 very made the cost of the individual ones very reasonable. I would recommend this seller good communication and tracking of the order.
