This little inline connecter works as advertised. Ships in a padded envelope and that is more than enough to get the connector to you safe and sound. Its a tight squeeze to install. You are going to need a very long small flat head screw driver to pop loose the connector and help you put this device in. There is another connector that needs to removed to give you more access to installing. Or just pay a professional technician about $100 to do it for you.
