I was so wrong, as I received my repaired unit back today in excellent working condition. I still do not understand the reasoning and process he uses, but he did everything he said he would for the price he charged. I recommend this seller and regret suspecting something fishy was going on.

Thought I would have to spend several hundred or thousand dollars to either replace the base or the whole bed but this guy manged to get my remote working for around $50. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back. Definitely would recommend.
