The plastic which is supposed to restrain the locking nut just slips and does not function as designers intended. Spend more. Get something which works. I have taken mine apart and will try to reuse (salvage) the top cutting board on a home made set-up.

I'm not sure of the quality yet but I am satisfied with the customer service from the seller.
