I purchased three items a reflux condenser, addition funnel, and a three neck flask. Unfortunately, the flask arrived broken even though the packaging was very well constructed. I sent the seller a message describing the problem, and 12 hours later a new one was sent out!! I have used this distillation apparatus for about a week now and I must say it is of excellent quality for the price and has yet to fail me. Shipping was less than ideal, but there is little the seller could do about that and they were very helpful when I asked where my package was. I strongly recommend this distillation apparatus.
