    Very Handy

    If you are interested in a quick and easy way to tie off a line, this is the best item I have found to do the job. My only suggestion is to make sure of the line size you are trying to hold. The Nite Ize CamJam comes in a couple of different sizes and different materials used to manufacture the different sizes.

    Large Nite Ize CamJam XT Aluminum Rope Tightner

    This Large Nite Ize CamJam XT is made of Aluminum and is great quality and should hold up to lots of abuse. Says it is rated up to 500 lbs. Easy to use. Holds Rope and or Paracord nice and tight. Arrived quickly after placing the order online. I also purchased the smaller version in Aluminum to use specifically for Paracord.

    Note ITZ can jam XT

    Using them to pull out of square metal and wood framing together. They work great where straight clamping won't do the job. They hold secure overall compared to the plastic. I use rope for tightening. Only thing I'd suggest is having "spikes" molded into the cams. It would help hold better to prevent slippage. Otherwise there fine for these projects.

    Nice little product.

    I used it for a clothes-line I take up and down. It allows me to quickly clip each end into a hook and cinch the line tight. I bough another for my truck. It's much easier to use than a tie down ratchet strap.
