RESTITUZIONE PRODOTTO - DIRITTO DI RECESSO

La vendita in questione prevede la possibilità, da parte dell'acquirente, di esercitare il diritto di recesso. Il diritto di recesso si applica alle persone fisiche (consumatori) che agiscono per scopi che possono considerarsi estranei alla propria attività commerciale. Sono perciò esclusi dal diritto di recesso, gli acquisti effettuati da rivenditori e da aziende.

Il Cliente ha diritto, entro il termine di 10 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, di esercitare il diritto di recesso. Tale diritto consiste nella facoltà di restituire al venditore il bene acquistato e nel diritto al rimborso del prezzo di acquisto, intendendosi come tale l’importo netto corrisposto per il bene escluse spese aggiuntive quali imballo, manodopera, spedizione, ecc..

Modalità di esercizio del diritto di recesso.

Il Cliente che intenda avvalersi del diritto di recesso dovrà inviare al venditore, entro e non oltre gg. 10 (dieci) dalla data di ricevimento dei Prodotti, una comunicazione di recesso mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento all'indirizzo del venditore.

Il Cliente dovrà altresì restituire al venditore, presso l’indirizzo indicato nelle info sul venditore, i Prodotti perfettamente integri entro dieci giorni dalla data di ricevimento degli stessi, unitamente al documento fiscale allegato. Le spese di spedizione saranno a carico del Cliente.

Entro 30 giorni dalla data di ricevimento dei prodotti restituiti, il venditore rimborserà al Cliente, sul conto PayPal o sul conto bancario dello stesso (bonifico bancario c/o coordinate bancarie indicate dal Cliente), le somme già pagate ad esclusione delle spese accessorie (imballo, trasporto, ecc.).

Il diritto di recesso verrà approvato solo se:

- non sia stata rimosso o danneggiato alcun cartellino attestante l’integrità del prodotto

- l'involucro originale contenente la merce sia stato inserito in un imballo apposito, in modo tale da salvaguardare gli involucri originali dei prodotti da qualsiasi danneggiamento, scritta o alterazione (l'involucro originale è considerato a tutti gli effetti parte integrante del prodotto stesso e non deve essere stato in nessun modo danneggiato e/o alterato, né utilizzato come unico imballaggio esterno)

Il buon esito del rimborso della merce resa, potrebbe essere compromesso se "We Stylish":

- riceve la merce NON in perfetto stato ovvero danneggiata

- riceve la merce senza cartellini integri ed attaccati

- riceve il pacco contenente la merce NON in perfetto stato ovvero danneggiato

Costumi da bagno e capi intimi (bikini, boxer, slip, ecc.) devono essere provati sopra la propria biancheria personale. I resi di tali articoli saranno rifiutati e rispediti al Cliente nel caso in cui i capi presentino segni di uso.

I dati del Cliente comunicati nel contesto della presente transazione, verranno utilizzati e trattati esclusivamente per la transazione in oggetto e nel contesto dell’evasione dell’ordine.
