This insanely cool handcut artisan gemstone is from "old stock" personally collected by the Lapidary artist, Peter Ehret, years ago in New Mexico, USA. The front features exceptionally sparkly charcoal grey and black drusy crystals. The sides feature smoothly polished shiny metallic-looking rich black psilomelane with really interesting pattern formations that reach up and around the drusy to cradle it. Some of the areas are surrounded by a lighter quartz outline, creating a beautiful and interesting contrast. The back is flat and smoothly polished with one tiny drusy pocket in the center, and one on the bottom edge.
