    When he learned that my address was a P.O. Box of an international shipping company, he took advantage of me in the next order and refused to complete it before taking the export document to claim the value of the VAT, which is rightfully mine, since I paid him the value of the item within Germany. This is an unprofessional approach and terrible behavior—by far the worst shopping experience ever.
