Seller sent me missing parts and gave me a discount to compensate for the issues reported in my previous feedback. Sales representative was very polite and concerned this item arrived in the way it did, which was very unfortunate. Overall, item does a good job for the price and to me it is a lot better than more expensive brands.

Really bummed this didn't work out. I find it really odd that the highest it will go is way below counter height. It has an adjustable base but barely gets high enough for you to print. The heater has absolutely no way to adjust the heat, it got up to 380, ink cures at 320. The heater is so heavy it's tilting down so I can't even print without the heater swinging back towards me. The heater also started to smoke. I wish I just got a table top printer or another one this was a waste of money.

We have full set videos of installation and operation. This flash dryer is constant temperature and we have marked in the page. Height can be adjusted in certain range, but can not meet everyone's height requirement.
