Item works decently. However, it took a bit to get it to work. I wasn't sure why but the laser would just keep sliding like there was nothing to stop it. Upon closer inspection, the metal frame didn't have a part to push the button on the side of the laser. I added some electric tape to make it have contact with the laser's button. After that, it finally worked. I'm not sure if others had this issue but maybe it was a manufacturing flaw possibly? Nonetheless, I'm glad to have my PS2 slim working
