This seller was extremely professional and cooperative, and handled my return/refund request expeditiously. I would definitely order from this seller again. That said, the product was of extremely poor quality. The magnets were actually flaking and chipping causing chunks of the metal to separate and fall off. Also, the magnets easily separated from the unit. I'd hoped this product would've been a less-expensive alternative to the leader in the industy, but this was definitely not the case.
