Items arrived safely. They appear to be original and in new condition but the product arrived in a zip lock bag. No manufacturer packaging and not factory sealed in any way. The heads fit perfectly and work properly. it was a little disconcerting though to see a dental hygiene product not arrive in a factory-sealed package. I think the seller should have been explicit about this though the e-bay description of "New" seems to allow for this condition.
