    OK for begining to understand credit repair but falls way short of what to do next info. . .

    It is a good book if you never challenged incorrect info on your credit profile before. However the Authors answer to the important questions- call a lawyer. Each chapter falls short of providing real meat necessary to effectively follow -up to create real results against the unrelenting credit bureaus. The bureaus know the tricks to stone wall. This book won't help you with real information the author alludes too - instead of providing Federal Trade Commission's opinions/position the author just stops short - letting you do the work. Its a good introduction not a complete manual. Does he want you to eventually just give up and hire the credit repair service he owns?

    Best credit repair book

    This is the best credit repair book I've read so far! It's clear and consise. It's well written and easy to read. It goes into great detail for most scenarios you'd run into on your credit report. He does have a web based software product to sell, but he doesn't shove it your face.If you want the software you can have it, but he's not beating you over the head to purchase it. If you're looking to repaqir your credit, this is the book you should start with and maybe fionish with it!
