Per their sizing chart I measured my chest. According to THEIR chart I needed a 3xl. The 3xl that showed up was the size of a 2xl. When I reached out about return shipping charges I was told it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. I was then told to order a 4x, thank God I didn't, I ordered a 5x and it just fits. I'm from South Dakota and I know my jacket size, I own plenty of them. 5x is as ridiculous as their customer service. To top it off the 5x they sent was in a open package!
