Very pleased with this transaction. Item was as described, arrived quickly and was well packaged. Instructions were good, in general, but definitely need some improvement (e.g. correct orientation of the clock movement when placed in the clock is essential to its chiming on the hour). Response from seller indicated instructions are currently being re-written. Good communication. Would definitely purchase again from this seller.

Exactly as pictured. Price was perfect. Shipping was fast. The most important part was how the packaging was done. It was perfect in every way possible. The item was triple protected and in a heavy box that added to the final package to be safely delivered. This is what makes this seller stand out. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this seller looking for glass items that are fragile.
