Seller is also trying to make me feel bad asking for £3.50 refund. The buyer was rude and repeatedly sent messages, threatening negative feedback if we didn’t meet their demands with added time constraints. Despite this, we stayed polite and even agreed to a partial refund, out of our own pocket. Postage costs include postage and packaging, from our dispatch company, not just the stamp. We’ve always been honest and helpful, and it's disappointing to be treated this way.
