This purse has great sentimental value because my first car was a VW Bug and I am now the owner of another "Bug" so I had to have this purse. The purse its self is gorgeous. The seller's description was 100% accurate and new tags were on the item. The seller was excellent in providing me flexibility in paying for two Mary Frances purses. The item was exactly as described and what I wanted. I accidentally double ordered, but that's my fault. Most IMPRESSIVE is that the shipping is fast and I HAVE NEVER SEEN ITEMS PACKAGED SO BEAUTIFULLY!!! Seriously, this is a class act!!! I would definitely order from Bag Lady in the future. They are also very honest. They caught the double order and questioned it... but I thought they were wrong. Kudos BL... perfect item, great shipping and packaging and honesty!
