Gigaware HD radio receiver for iPod/iPhone.
It was a neat idea when it was new but it’s not very good at receiving fm and it’s even worse when trying to receive any HD radio stations but if you can get it positioned just right it will work ok. The radio tuner isn’t very sensitive but I also wasn’t using headphones which is what it calls for so maybe using a aux cable plugged into the device is why it’s not receiving very good and the aux cable is very cheap so that could be a possible cause.
