    Slow

    Phone format sucks. You can't find anything unless you look in the user manual, Witch it dues not come. with you have to download it off the internet. The memory of this device dues not hold a lot and it dues not transfer over apps to the micro sd card to free up space. Shipped to use with an old battery that had water damage. Switch back to the old phone and will give this to someone ells to use.

    Switched back to my Blackberry!

    Went back to my Blackberry and don't even care that it takes an hour to boot anymore! However, for those that like Android this is a decent enough phone. Pluses: Slide out keyboard works well. Touch screen seems pretty responsive. No iphone but decent. Easy to set up email and works great with google accounts. Cons/things I didn't like: Whenever I used the keyboard I would hit the volume button and it would pop up on the screen and randomly change. No button to answer calls - sometimes I would miss calls because it would be stuck on another screen and not switch over soon enough for me to answer. I found emails hard to read with the black background and there is no way to change that. You can't set up speed dials from the keyboard.

    Upgrade MicroSDHC to more GB and a higher class - dramatic improvement

    I got mine from Sprint and it began to slow, lag, and was performing horribly. Then it started recycling and I had to take it into Sprint. Before that I thought to change the microSDHC card and got an 8GB class 6 for about $15. Sprint installed it for me and the phone is now a whiz. Also make sure all your apps are on the SD card and not on the phone, and don't let it accumulate email or text messages. Once done this is a great phone!

    Andriod phone, great if you like that, I do, Battery sucker.

    Phone's not bad. A little slow, but works fine. Enjoying the apps, not enjoying that I cannot take photos unless a card is in the phone. Not enjoying the battery life draining when nothing is running on the phone within a couple hours. Tried App Killer, but nothing was open.

    great phone for the money

    I got this phone for my wife she loves the slide out keyboard and the over all features of the phone but the battery just does not last and that's the only downfall but over all this is a great phone for what i paid for it the features are easy to use and gets a good signal .
