Item was substantially smaller than advertised. I did reach out to seller and communication was great in the beginning but then seller's promised resolution was never followed through with. Especially for the amount of money I invested, it was disappointing that the issue was not resolved. The quality of the plush itself was good. I tried to follow up but no response from seller.
