My computer was delivered very fast. My monitor came with a VGA cord, but my computer didn’t have that connection. When I wasn’t able to connect the two they sent an adapter out extremely fast. The computer was like new. I’m very pleased with the service and communication. I just wish they had caught that an adapter was needed before sending the merchandise out. I’m not tech savvy at all, and having something not work because a part was missing created unnecessary stress.
