  • A Day to Pick Your Own Cottoon

I read all four books to the series, I couldn't put the books down, they were very moving. It was like you knew the people and couldn't wait to read what they were doing next. I shared my books with a young lady and she is enjoying them also. Great reading. Will read more by Michael Phillips

  • Worth the money

I enjoyed the book very much. It was easy to read. There are three other books in this series. The book takes place at the end of the War of Northern Aggression about two orphans that try to run a plantation.

  • A Day to Pick Cotton

This series is my first experience with Michael Phillips. This set of 4 books was "can't put down" quality. The fourth book arrive two weeks after the others and I felt as if I were missing someone in my family. I've now started the second series, Carolina Cousins, and the family is back. GREAT!!

  • Good Reading

I throughly enjoy Michael Phillips's books, There is usually a sermon/life lesson in each and all that I have read. I don't feel as though I am wasting my time when I read his books. A Day To Pick Your Own Cotton is very good reading as it shows that we all are human beings working together for good of all.
