A great book that reminds us that there are better ways to run a business. Mary Kay's belief in the Golden Rule survives her as a great way to treat everyone. Many business owners would do well to follow the footsteps of this tremendous entrepreneur. The guidelines apply everywhere, not just in woman-centric businesses. I suggest it as a handbook to anyone, but especially management on up. You don't have to be mean to be extremely profitable!A great book that reminds us that there are better ways to run a business.
