    Not a recipe book.

    It's not exactly what I was looking for. Although it is packed with info about essential oils, I was looking more for a...recipe book, telling me which oils to use for various ailments and how to mix them. Will keep the book for sure as it does have a LOT of info.

    Love this book. It has been very helpful for me. I am hopefull to use essential oils to my everyday life. As of right now. I just use a lavender spray for my sheets on my bed and I love it. Every night I go to bed relaxed. I would recommend this book.
