dear customer we opened case to DHL ...since days DHL trying to contact you for bring back to pack and for we can send you one new pack ..but once DHL once our guys we can not reach you ...please contact us for we can repair the situation...return the pack and ship you a new one ...note: we have shipped thousends of packs until know ..we newer faced something like that ...our air bag packs is most secure way to ship this type of liquid chemicales...
