I ordered 5 crosses for each of my mother’s children they faded within the week did not get wet at all. The seller was contacted he wanted me to send it back I said I’m not sending it back with my mother’s ashes in it, so I sent him a picture which clearly shows how faded it is you can’t even see the engraving. in the description, it says stainless steel no fading. Now he is engorging me.

this seller refuse to cancel the order that delayed and stuck in one place for more than 7 days he wont talk to USPS to ask them why the package stuck in Huston and its should deliver to Florida within 3-4 days but the package stuck since 03-AUG and now 8 days I'm waiting , this seller is very unhelp full and un responsible , highly non recommended
