The bag ,I received was nothing like the ,bag they showed on display to purchase. I received the backpack and was in disbelief. I put in for a refund the same day the package arrived.It took a few two days for someone to reach out to me.The gentleman was very nice and understanding about my concerns after sending the pictures and agreed to the full refund and show concern for how the bag looks and for me cause the back look old and worn out. He was a nice gentleman.
