The soft close mechanism feels a little less robust that the original seat, but other that everything is fine. The item was received promptly and well packaged from the seller.

This is in the good category. It comes with two options for fixing, top or underneath, both are tight, easily secured, with a quick release mechanism to assist with cleaning. I don't know why seats are so expensive, but this substitute for the VItra S20 was a perfect match and at about half the price. I need to keep this seller in mind for future purchases.
