Laptop in good condition as described & onetime. Did have one problem with bluetooth inop. Excellent tech support! Worked with 2 different techs, both had good information and demonstrated good technical knowledge. Ultimately we got the problem resolved. Rare to find good support these days. Most of them are reading out of a question/answer database it seems I will definitely be back if I need any additional computers.
