These guys are terrible. I purchase this laptop and is had MS Office installed. This was not 365 but the product that live locally. It was verified and worked great. I did a Windows 11 update. As soon as the update was done Office was no longer on my system. They said it was NOT on shipped with Office and told me to prove it. They refused to help. Also, when I opened the box I noticed a screw in the bottom of the box. Three screws were missing from the case. When I emailed support no reply.
