exactly as described at a great price. Shipping just took more than the estimate and when I enquired about the item not being delivered was told to call the post office and research the trace myself. I ended up buying at a big box store to meet my timelines. Product showed up two days later than anticipated date. To return and refund I would have to ship back to China on my expense. All in all just not worth the 3+ week wait to save $5.
