Good buyer (Fast shipping, good communication) but I cannot recommend their refurbished iPod video 5th gen. They sold me a product with a faulty battery. There is no way I could have sent them the iPod back (as they requested and ship it on my dime) and get it back in time. I had to buy my own replacement battery and do the swap myself to fix this issue.
