Purchased on the basis of the pen cases inclusion. The sales team at Peters was helpful and apologised for the aforementioned. I was advised that the newer pens do not come with the blue pen cases and the eBay photo & listing description were meant for the older stock. They offered refund and a return label without hesitation. Good experience with the return process. Thanks!!
