Poor packaging lead to cracked/damaged item on arrival. Seller Blamed the courier. Raised issue with mounting plate not being as advertised, response was material cost rising and trying to cost cut by altering design. Would have been nice to know when purchased. Then given a sob story that they don’t make hardly any profit and to replace item they go into negative. Shady seller that’s ready to use every excuse under the sun. Poor communication, won’t get back to you in a hurry. Disappointing
