The seller did not repair my control board and refused to refund the $102.54. He tried to say there must have been another issue with my treadmill. I bought a control board from CircuitBoardRepair, and it restored the function of my treadmill 100%. I would highly recommend using CircuitBoardRepair instead. I would not recommend doing business with Brooks Circuit Specialists.

We standby our performance on this order. You were provided a FULL TEST video. Then you claimed it did not work. We said ok you can send it back for warranty eval. Then you traded the board, demanded a full refund. Our policy CLEARLY states, ALL WARRANTIES MUST BE SHIPPED BACK. Please see buyer's screenshots for shots of our professional responses, links to test videos and offering help if they sent it back. If you break policy and get rid of the board, there is nothing I can do.

Repair was half the price of buying a functional used board. Brooks turned the unit around quickly and shipped back to me all within a week (door to door). Treadmill works now. Only small negative was that there is no communication on what the issue was or if it was fixed (just my part in a box). So, I reinstalled it not really knowing if it was going to work. Like I said, not a huge deal and they state in thier ad that they don't provide a report detailing the repairs made.

Our treadmill was dead. Took a gamble that it was the lower unit, so,I pulled it out and shipped it off to these guys, One week later it was shipped back, I reinstalled, and the treadmill worked perfectly. Can’t say enough good things about the service they offered, turnaround of the repair, and the price charged.
