    Usually don't reply to feedback but this bloke was beyond a joke to deal with, rude and unpleasant to deal with from the get go. Upgraded his postage to express free of charge while still posting it on time after being told he was unhappy it wasn't posted yet (still within the handling time). Then tells me he's unhappy with it so I offer to fully refund him if he returns my item but then says he wants to keep it. After reviewing his feedback reputation I don't think pleasing the bloke is easy.
