eBay refunded me because the pendant arrived on a chain that barely fit around my neck (I requested 16" and the chain I got was more like 8" long)! The pendant itself is beautiful - exceeded my expectations BUT it's useless because no jeweler will replace the chain or do any work with it because it's not real gold. Haven't heard from the seller.

100% false claim , buyer asked for 16" and received 16" , we do not send any chain 8" , shortest we do is 14" and that's only child size , 8" is the size of bracelet , 16" chain is 8" on either side 8" plus 8" which is 16" , buyer never reached out to us
