This is seller review not product review. I include multiple ways of contacting me if buyers have technical questions or issues. This sounds like you have a different remote. The UHF PRO keypad fits UHF Pro remotes without any cutting. There are a lot of remotes that look similar that are not the same model and will all have different board layouts.
