They destroyed the shipping box and had to put it inside of a plastic bag with an apology printed on it. Thankfully the seller wrapped the item with bubble wrap that protects against being smashed and run over by the usps handling gorillas❗BTW it also to a vacation to Honolulu Hawaii too. Good communication and good transaction. Always package for worst
