    Terrible customer service. Tried to point out their listing is worded badly (“12 sets of EACH color” does not mean 12 sets of one color”) and they insist they have been “selling like this for years” and can’t cancel my order without a $4 charge. Then they send me what is clearly size 15 snaps (I exclusively use 14, I know what 14s are) and they gaslight me saying I must be using 12s. Horrible to work with. Inflexible and rude. Their website is no easier to use.
