O trabalho tem como enfoque a coleta dos dados sobre os Crimes Contra o Patrimônio, mais especificamente os furtos e roubos praticados nos principais bairros da cidade de Arcoverde/PE. O objetivo geral é analisar a incidência das modalidades de crimes ditas acima na cidade de Arcoverde, através da produção de tabelas mensais, tendo por base as teorias desenvolvidas por Émile Durkheim e partindo da experiência no estágio na 156ª Delegacia de Polícia Civil Circunscrição Arcoverde/PE e no Observatório de Cidadania. Os objetivos específicos são conceituar e discutir as definições relativas a crime contra o patrimônio, relacionar as teorias de Durkheim e as questões sobre criminalidade e vulnerabilidade social com a incidência dos furtos e roubos e fazer o relato de experiência, propondo a ampliação do Observatório de Cidadania. Foram aproveitados os conceitos de solidariedades mecânica e orgânica, anomia, fato social e consciência coletiva, além de textos sobre violência, criminalidade e vulnerabilidade social. Por fim, há uma proposta de política pública, com base no relato de experiência de estágio.
