When I received this piece of embellishment, I was disappointed. But, this was due to packaging. It had been damaged in transit. I contacted the seller. I received an apology. I had a refund and she would be replacing it. It arrived a few days later. It was better packaged. I was amazed to find 2 extra ones, and 3 different embellishments. I contacted the seller immediately, I thought I had been accidentally sent the wrong package. What an amazing lovely person. Wonderful experience. 5 stars 🌟
