Every time I put out 5 in a dish under the shed, they soon disappear. We began to think that there was a hungry population under our shed. It has a concrete base so probably not nesting there. One morning we saw a magpie pull the dish out and eat a block then fly off with another. We pushed the dish further under the shed so he could not reach it. Have not seen the rat this week. Hopefully for good.
