What a fantastic seller - as they are based in China I opted to send communications in English and translated. Very quick to reply and clarified dispatch issues - follow up replies super fast in my book. Item came in two deliveries. Both VERY well secured and packed. There was a little bending to the frame due to shipping , but I was able to set that right myself with a little pressure. Item does lack the little strap slots below the top bar - this might impact some or might be a mistake.
