    The filter ends aren't sealed or covered, so look out for dirt getting in them. The gasket doesn't "snap" in and stay in place like the AC Delco filter PF63 from the GM factory. So watch that when you install it or else when you start the car oil will leak all over the place because the gasket moved off center. I do wonder if these are Chinese filters?

    These filters are not shipped not in AC Delco Box. The O ring that fits the filter is loose to be installed. I thought I would include this in case anyone orders these filters. I am satisfied that these will work for me. Thanks.

      A little disappointed but should still do the job.

      The filters do seem to be genuine GM, but while they are marked PF63, they appear to have all the features of the less desirable PF63E. Notably, the plastic inner cage instead of a metal inner structure. Picture shows this.
