Superworms were able to get out of box. Box that was shipped out was too thin and was designed to open easily from the side. Seller doesn’t know how to ship live worms. The post office I picked up my order from had to put the box in a trash bag and mail cartoon to prevent worms from crawling in their work area.

Was going to leave a great review being that the seller sent way smaller then advertised but offered to fix it right away...now I cant get a response for weeks after they offered to fix the issue. I requested 1 to 2 inch crickets and got less then inch in size. Bottle cap about a inch or 2 in picture. Seller offered to refund or send right size then never heard back. Was hoping to continue to do business as this was where I get my reptile food but I guess on to next seller for now....
