Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

I first tried this product probably 10 years ago. I got my husband to try this (he had a nagging cough and won't take anything for it). I convinced him to try this..........It took care of his cough. He takes it every morning. He took it for a year or so everyday, decided to stop taking it for a few months. Silver biotics has been a life saver for me. I use it daily due to severe allergies and sinusitis. It works for me. I use it for terrible ear aches and within minutes it takes the pain away. the same with sore throats. I use this nightly in my bi-pap machine to keep it clean and kills orders .
